CQSWM’s agenda for 2018 CSL.

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chinese Football Association has recently released the agenda for 2018 CSL. The most notable thing is that the Chongqing Dangdai Lifan Football Club renamed itself “CQSWM” for the new season.

News has been spread online since the beginning of February that the title sponsor of Dangdai Lifan changed. Dangdai Lifan FC responded that a title sponsor release conference would be held on February 28. The agenda for the 2018 CSL should make public the new name of Dangdai Lifan.

The Club has confirmed that SWM Motors has become its new title sponsor; therefore they will crusade for 2018 CSL as “Chongqing Dangdai Lifan Football Club SWM Team” (“CQSWM” for short).

Dangdai Lifan FC confirmed with the media that the team was renamed “CQSWM” in the new season.

In the official agenda released, the new CSL season will kick off on March 3 by the match between Tianjin Teda and Hebei China Fortune. Since the World Cup is to be held this year, CSL will be suspended for one and a half months from the end of May and play for the whole league will end on November 11.
