Recently, “Enjoy Yuzhong,” a platform for commercial and cultural communication, has been initiated at TESTBED 2.

Enjoy Yuzhong is an intelligent platform for consumers built by the Yuzhong Commercial Bureau, Yuzhong Cultural Committee and Yuzhong Tourism & Development Commission. The platform will be able to connect thousands of consumers to some featured business; one can virtually spend the day here with only a phone at hand.

A superintendent from the platform says it will be completed in two stages. The first will be to allow a phone to receive various coupons from all vendors, thus creating an environment where no cash is needed. The second stage will be to allow city veterans to serve as guides for tourists to experience Yuzhong in a more thorough way.

Before the adventure, one can take a look at the places of interest on the official WeChat account, read the most recent guides, choose the most convenient way of travelling and customize travel according to one’s own need. During the adventure, nearby cuisines and shopping venues will be easily selectable though the phone. Coupons are also available electronically; when the adventure is over, users may share their comments, feelings or complaints through the various services Yuzhong provides.
