Exhibition on Liu Jiang's calligraphy and painting

Liu Jiang, born in Wanzhou in 1926, is a famous calligraphy-engraving artist and educator in China. In order to support the development of culture and education in his hometown, he meticulously created 80 calligraphy works and 20 seals. In 2010, he donated it to the Wanzhou District Museum (now the Chongqing Three Gorges Migration Memorial).

Yanjinggou Ancient Elephants

Yanjinggou is located in Gaojia Village, Xintian Town, Wanzhou District. A variety of paleontological fossils have been discovered in the ancient fossilized site of Yanjinggou, and fossils of the Quaternary paleo-mammalian group are well known both at home and abroad.

In addition to the four permanent exhibitions, three temporary exhibition halls are established in Three Gorges Migration Memorial. The two existing exhibitions will be closed on June 30th. If you do not have time to visit the entire four permanent exhibitions and two temporary exhibitions, you can also use the limited time to find a “Treasure of the Top Ten Pavilion”.
