CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Many neighboring scenic areas open for free this weekend to greet the coming of China Tourism Day on May 19th and the Love Confession Day on May 20th.

Qijiang Hengshan: sightseeing and blueberry picking

The Hengshan Resort Area is open for free on China Tourism Day. Visitors can go to Yanba Village, memorial archways of chastity and filial piety, Yongxingmiao Stone Lion and Guanyinyan Village Gate for sightseeing. Moreover, visitors could go to pick blueberries at the Hengshan Blueberry Field and watch sunset at Nianhu Lake (Xinlongzhuang Reservoir).

Wansheng: many scenic areas are open for free

Wansheng Black Valley, Stone Forest, Banliao Golden Beach and Conglin Jungu (a mushroom theme park) are open for free on China Tourism Day. Visitors can enjoy the sight of a stone forest and a mysterious underground stone forest as well as the 13km long Black Valley.

Fuling Under-forest Garden: high mountains and sea of flowers

The Under-forest Garden is open to individual visitors for free. As one of the main scenic spots of Damu Flower Valley, the Garden, covering a land of 1,100 mu, boasts about one thousand types of flowers. It will present you with different views in different seasons.

Caribbean Water Park: romantic couple’s dating

Caribbean Water Park prepares the best gift for couples. From May 19th to 20th, couples can enjoy a discount on ticket, i.e., 180 yuan/2 persons (original price: 300 yuan/2 persons) by wearing the same tops.
