CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Having been prepared for eight years, the film Unbreakable Spirit has announced its release date, August 17, at a time of summer vacation. The film is directed by Xiao Feng and produced by Jiang Haiyang. It features numerous famous yet competitive actors.

The movie Unbreakable Spirit is based on the background of the real events of the Chongqing bombing. It showcases the Chinese people's optimism and perseverance in the face of a huge disaster in a perspective of a minor character, and thoroughly illustrates the Chinese people’s indomitable spirit of protest.

The most moving line from the trailer, “If the Japanese keeps bombing, we keep building; if I die, there is the son, and if the son dies, there is the grandson…”, is an optimistic and cheerful expression of the Chongqing people in the face of war. Furthermore, it is a precise interpretation of the whole Chinese people’s perseverance in the war against the invading Japanese military.

It is not hard to notice the quality of the film through a handful of air battles and explosion clips from the trailer. It is reported that the whole film was shot in 3D with more than 2,300 shots of special effects. A realistic bombing scene and air battle finally can be fully reproduced.
