CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The 2018 Chongqing Science and Technology Week recently began at the Chongqing Garden Expo. Populated with brands of advanced robotics in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing Liangjiang Robot Exhibition Center was awarded the license to be the city’s popular science education site at the scene.

As a popular science education base, the Chongqing Liangjiang Robot Exhibition Center has attracted a large number of visiting delegations to learn and exchange. Beginning in October 2017, when upgraded trial operation started, the exhibition center has received more than 3,000 students from primary and secondary schools and about 1,000 students from colleges and universities in and out of Chongqing.

“Now we have been officially awarded the popular science education base in Chongqing. In the future work of popularizing science, we will give full play to the important role of the base and do our best to popularize science and technology for the general public and students,” said a spokesperson.

At the scene, the Liangjiang Robot Exhibition Center has assembled various types of robots and combat robots, attracting many people to watch.
