Chongqing LINPO Cup Taekwondo Series Tournament to be opened officially on July 27.

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing LINPO Cup Taekwondo Series Tournament lasting for half a month will be opened in Chongqing. It will be officially launched on July 27, with more than 300 teams including over 3,000 participants.

It is held by the Chongqing Taekwondo Association. It was firstly held in 2014, and attracted more than 1,600 participants by the end of 2017.

It is upgraded to Series this year, setting 5 places in Ba’nan District, Liangping District, Yongchuan District, Nanchuan District, and Youyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County respectively.

According to the rules, it will be held in turn in the 5 places from July 27 to August 15. It will take 2 to 3 days in each place. And it is expected that there are more than 300 teams competing in the Tournament. It is worth noticing that Chongqing Taekwondo Association will send the technical representatives and referees to supervise the tournament process in order to prevent the evil trends.
