Now Simianshan Town has become a ‘grand park’.” Wang Dazhi, who visits the Simian Mountain Resort in Jiangjin District of Chongqing every summer, said that walking in Simianshan Town has become a pleasure even if not entering the scenic spot.

In the past, electric wires were everywhere in Simianshan Town, and occasionally there are poles standing in the middle of the road. After the renovation, similar dreadful elements were removed. At present, the roads are lined with plants and flowers, and even pots of various of flowers are attached to the road banisters.

The re-paved walkway is both beautiful and comfortable.

In addition, there are many seats for resting on both sides of the road. All kinds of vegetation and flowers were carefully chosen, in an effort to ensure visual enjoyment, as well as coordination with the overall environment.
