CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The opening ceremony of Fengdu Nantian Lake Scenic Spot was held at Nantian Lakeside Park, Fengdu County, Chongqing last weekend. The Nantian Lake Scenic Spot with mountains and rivers is formally opened to welcome tourists from all over the world.

Nantian Lake Scenic Spot is 45 km away from Fengdu county and near Wulong Fairy Mountain. It is located among mountains and bamboos covering a total area of 100 square meters. It also holds 600mu water area. It includes primeval bamboo forests, karsts, precipices, sky holes, ground cracks, lawns, oases and the culture of mountainous region. The scenic spot’s elevation is between 1495m and 1950m. The average temperature is 9.2℃ and the highest temperature is only 27℃. It is a good place to avoid summer heat in summer for there are attractive views, including extraordinary spectacle of ancient plateau lake, natural view of paths in the forest, delicacies in the countryside, unsophisticated and hospitable people and cool and pleasing mountains.
