CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- It’s learned from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport that it ranks first in global “level of passenger throughput from 25 million to 40 million” in two successive quarters in the passenger satisfaction degree evaluation in the second quarter of Airport Council International (ACI) and it is in a leading position among airports with the same level around the world.

It is known that Airport Service Quality (ASQ) is a passenger satisfaction degree evaluation system of global airports held by Airport Council International. The evaluation system is the most authoritative, professional and influential item of airport satisfaction degree evaluation in global airport industry and it is called as “Oscar of airport transportation” by the industry. 332 airports took part in the evaluation around the world this year.
Roma was not built in a day. The reporter noticed that “satisfaction degree of bathroom” in T3 terminal of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport in the quality evaluation of passenger service in civil aviation ranks first in March. In addition, terminals are covered with WIFI. There are more 200 intelligent trolleys, 36 rooms for mothers and babies, post offices and foreign currency exchange sites and free rent service for babies’ trolleys. It also provides pilot sharing service with many airports around China to create a chain brand of airport service.
Relative officers of Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd. say that there will be a leisure and entertainment area for passengers by bringing sleep capsules, mini singing bars and reading pavilions and other service facilities to provide passengers with more comfortable and convenient service.
