Train departure interval of Line 6 shortens for Smart China Expo
CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, Chongqing Rail Transit (Group) Co., Ltd. released news that during the Smart China Expo, in order to bring us a fast and comfortable transit experience, more trains are added to the International Expo branch of Line 6, and as a result, interval between trains is shortened from 10 minutes to 8 minutes.
It is expected that the Expo will be visit by many people. In this regard, the Group has prepared 2 substitute trains for each of the International Expo branch of Line 6 and Line 10, which can be put into operation at any time.
At the same time, staff are added at Lianglukou Station (Line 1 and Line 3), Liziba Station & Niujiaotuo Station (Line 2, Line 3), Hongqihegou Station (Line 3, Line 6), Lijia Station & Yuelai Station (Line 6 and Line 10), International Expo Center Station to provide better services to passengers.
The Group said that considering that purchasing one-way tickets may be annoying as passengers have to do this again and again, they launched a one-day ticket, that is, within 24 hours, passengers can use this ticket to travel freely on rail transit, no matter how many times. A one-day ticket costs 18 yuan.
