Ring-tailed lemurs didn’t know what to first choose due to various food.

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Big eyes, sharp face and a long black-and-white tail, do you remember the cute ring-tailed lemur in the cartoon Madagascar? The lovely ring-tailed lemurs have come to Chongqing and lived in the Chongqing Zoo. Last weekend, they quickly gained the favor of visitors by their dull yet cute expressions at their first meeting, and became the new favorite in the zoo.

Monkeys that look like fox

With a pair of bright big eyes, a long and fluffy black and white tail, and a face like fox, cuteness is the first impression taken by many people. The Chinese name (狐猴) of lemur is from their facial features - small head, low forehead, large ears, bushy hair in both sides of ears and the head, and long snout, which makes their face look like a fox.

The ring-tailed lemurs were full after eating moon cakes.

The feeder fed the ring-tailed lemurs moon cakes.

The 15 ring-tailed lemurs aren’t familiar with people because they just arrived at a new home. However, they have a relatively gentle character, and if a familiar feeder appears, they come to her front and ask for petting. Fed fruits or nuts, ring-tailed lemurs like to hold by their "hands” and chew it by inversing their head. It is very attractive. The Chongqing Zoo has introduced a total of 15 ring-tailed lemurs. They are quarantined and adapted for more than a month, so they can first meet Chongqing people during the holidays of Mid-Autumn Festival.
