CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Want to know what the “sponge gardens" looks like? Do you want to know how butterflies and insects help flowers pollinate? On November 7th, the First Upper Yangtze River City Flower Art Expo (short as “Flower Expo”) will be opened at the main exhibition hall “Grand Theater-Central Park” of Jiangbeizui. The “flower world” constructed by “Flower Expo” is a good place for children to have ecological education, aesthetic education and parenting. People who are interested in it can take a science lecture for children at the scene.

The flower science lecture in Jiangbeizui is interesting and pleasing

The flower science lecture in Jiangbeizui CBD is interesting and pleasing, which builds a visible, perceivable, participatory ecological teaching space for teenagers.

The “Chongqing Landscape” exhibition area uses fine flowers and garden designs to show the natural landscapes and cultural customs of Chongqing.

The future garden of “Conceptual Exhibition Area” will be filled with many wild animal and plant landscapes like butterfly group dance, flowers and plants combinations, biological diversity specimens and vertical green walls, integrated with “sponge gardens” such as rainwater gardens and ecological landscape walls to let the children learn about the beauty of rainwater resources and natural ecological processes.

In the “Garden of Grandma Bear”, teenagers can interact with parrots and learn flower handwork. Many activities such as teenagers’ five senses training, gardening therapy to alleviate the anxiety of teenagers and parents and science popularization experience activities will also be displayed at the site.

The “Fine Flower World” brings over 50 kinds of flowers and plants together, including the King Protea, roses with high stem and Tillandsia from South Africa, Colombia and Ecuador respectively, which can inspire the curiosity about nature of teenagers.
