The First China Hot Pot Skill Competition to be held in Chongqing

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The First China Hot Pot Skill Competition is to be held at Yanyu Park on Nanbin Road, Nan’an District on November 9th. The competition covers 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of China, which has individual competitions and team competitions. About 200 masters of making hot pot across China are invited to compete in it. The master who wins the first prize in individual competitions will be awarded the title of "National Technical Master" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. 

The related officers of the committee revealed that the 45th World Skills Competition will be held in Kazan, Russia on August 22nd, 2019, while the 46th World Skills Competition has been scheduled to be held in Shanghai, China in 2021. "We plan to take advantage of the opportunity, to be the host of the 46th World Skills Competition in Shanghai, to report to the World Skills Organization to bring hot pot and Chongqing noodles into the world skills programs, which is not only the original will of our committee, but also the dream of China Skills.
