4 Wenchang Ancient Town

The winding Wushan Dachang dates back to Jin Dynasty and is the only well-preserved ancient town in the Three Gorges area. It used to be so prosperous, but now it is extremely dilapidated. City walls from Ming and Qing Dynasties are well-kept here, and 37 ancient resident houses with angular rooftops outline the history of the ancient town.
