CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, the news briefing of 2018 China Skills Competition & the 7th National Restaurant Skills Competition - Hot Pot and Noodles Special Final of the first Chongqing Noodles Skills Competition opened. According to the results, Top 50 Chongqing Noodles shops was announced.

The competition has high specifications, which is the first competition to standardize Chongqing Noodles and compete in the production process of Chongqing Noodles. It has invited 28 leaders in making noodles from all over the country to form a judge group, supervised by the notary office. It has attracted 1,455 competitors signing up for the competition from 28 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) from all over the country, France and Canada, and 1,027 players entered the final.

"Based on technology and evaluated by professional judges is the core." According to the relevant person of Chongqing OSTA, because taste is quite important in Chongqing Noodles, the sauce accounts for a higher score than noodle making in the assessment. The special assessment of noodles takes the making methods in both North and South of China into consideration.

After intense competition, the winners were announced. According to overall results, the organizing committee selected the Top 100 enterprises of Chongqing Noodles, and announced the national Top 50 Chongqing Noodles.
