After 20 years in the army, he was transferred to the SWAT policeman detachment as an instructor. He has been fighting in the special policeman training for 18 years since he has been engaged in the police work. In order to complete the "Winter Training" task in a high standard and high quality way, Yang Shangmo takes the initiative to assume responsibility, edits the teaching plan conscientiously and carefully, and carries out the training in a difficult and rigorous way. There should be no any deceiving on the training ground, and it must be measured according to requirements on the actual combat. To this end, they call Yang Shangmo “blacksmith”.
