CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Government Network issued the "Relocation program for automobile passenger and goods station within the inner ring expressway" (hereinafter referred to as the program). According to the "Program", the city will effectively and orderly promote the relocation of bus passenger terminals and motor goods stations within the inner ring expressway, as well as several long distance bus stations such as Hongqihegou, Caiyuanba and Chenjiaping will be relocated.

On the basis of the "Program", the relocated object is determined to be within the inner ring expressway, except the Coach Terminal of Chongqingbei Railway Station and the Long Distance Bus Passenger Station and Freight Terminal outside the Sigongli Traffic Interchange Hub in Chongqing. All types of bus terminal stations and hub stations are not included in the relocation scope.

Long distance passenger terminals

Hongqihegou Long Distance Bus Station: All long-distance passenger transport route relocation will be fully completed before the end of 2020. From the destination of passenger transport routes, they will be relocated to the inter-city bus stations such as Chongqingbei Railway Station, Lianglu Station, Chayuan Station, Yudong Station, Chongqingxi Railway Station, Daxuecheng Station and so on respectively, which will be concretely implemented in the annual plan.

Caiyuanba Long Distance Bus Station (including two long distance terminals in the north and south of Caiyuan Road): All long-distance passenger transport route relocation will be fully completed before the end of 2019. From the destination of passenger transport routes, they will be relocated to the inter-city bus stations such as Chongqingbei Railway Station, Lianglu Station, Chayuan Station, Yudong Station, Chongqingxi Railway Station, Daxuecheng Station and so on respectively, which will be concretely implemented in the annual plan.

Chenjiaping Long Distance Bus Station: Chejiaping long distance passenger transport routes are focused on the west region of Chongqing and the Sichuan direction, and mainly relocated to Chongqingxi Railway Station and Daxuecheng Station. In view of the supporting facilities of Chongqingxi Railway Station are still under construction and improvement, and the passenger distribution conditions of the Daxuecheng Station are still not perfect, all long-distance passenger transport routes relocation will be fully completed before the end of 2022 in principal.

Dadukou Long Distance Bus Station: All long-distance passenger transport route relocation will be fully completed before the end of 2019. They will be relocated to the Yudong Long Distance Bus Station and be concretely implemented in the annual plan.

Dongwuyuan Long Distance Bus Station: All long-distance passenger transport route relocation will be fully completed before the end of 2019. Depending on the different destinations of passenger transport routes, they will be relocated to the inter-city bus stations such as Chongqingbei Railway Station, Chongqingxi Railway Station and so on respectively, which will be concretely implemented in the annual plan.
