CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Ancient towns of Chongqing have the Bayu style as well as the ancient charm of Jiangnan town. Today let’s explore some ancient towns in the city!
Longxing Ancient Town
Longxing, with a history of more than 600 years, is an-hour drive from downtown. Here, the stone walls, the grey tiles and overhanging eaves may bring you to the old times. You can walk on the narrow stone path quietly, to enjoy the flavor of the antique town.

Fengsheng Ancient Town
Fengsheng Ancient Town was built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. You can walk slowly here, go to a quaint eatery and have a bowl of authentic hand-made Tofu pudding and handmade noodles when you’re tired. Fengsheng is very close to the Dongwenquan Town, where you can take a bath in hot spring.
