CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- “Hema Fresh” is coming to Chongqing! On December 21, Alibaba's new retail format – “Hema Fresh” made its debut at Wanhui Center, Beicheng Paradise Walk, Jiangbei District. The store not only offers more than 7,000 high quality items including imported seafood, vegetables and fruits, but also provides free store-to-door logistics service (within 30-minutes at fastest) for its customers, which bring local people great new-retail experiences.

In the Hema Fresh store, there are over 7,000 selected products including Russian “king crab”, Canadian “Boston lobster”, Norwegian salmon, Chilean cherries, Thai durian and other imported fresh food for you to choose directly. In order to meet the tastes of Chongqing people, Hema Fresh's catering team has also developed a number of localized dishes, all combining the fresh and rich seafood ingredients with spicy Chongqing flavors.

Special catering is another highlight of Hema Fresh Jiangbei store. The reporter learned that, in the store, besides those national well-known brands like Xiniu Riliao and Butcher’s Steak Express, there are also some local ones such as “Xiaobinlou” and “Dezhuang Chuniang”.

As a data-driven new retail experience store, Hema Fresh Jiangbei store has a conveyor system extending from the gate to the back warehouse.
