CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On December 23, sanitation workers gathered to have a happy reunion meal in front of a mutton soup pot restaurant around Tianxingqiao, Shapingba District. To welcome the coming of new year, Zhang Shiwen, the shop’s boss, put 60 tables of "Babayan (a feast arranged in the open spare)” valued 50,000 yuan in front of the shop and invited more than 600 sanitation workers to eat mutton soup pot for free.

Mr. Zhang, now 48, came to Chongqing for work in 1998 from his hometown of Nanchong, Sichuan Province. After he became rich due to business, he actively devotes his love to orphans, the older and the disabled and also takes part in voluntary service.
