CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- So far, 74 trains of CRT Line 2 and Line 3 have been painted “colored cover” on their bodies since the launch of the theme train of light rail culture in September last year, according to Chongqing Rail Transit Group.

In order to further utilize the mobile scenic line of light rail to show the unique charm of Chongqing landscapes and humanities, the group have picked up 6 themes out of 32 sets of creative body beautification designs based on Chongqing natural scenery, folk customs and humanistic charm for creating numerous theme trains on Line 2 and Line 3.

These 6 themes are “Dynamic Train”, “Homesickness”, “Chongqing Treasures”, “Highly Developed Transportation”, “Chongqing Dialects” and “Chongqing Impression” respectively. Taken “Dynamic Train” as example, its background is adopted the blue mosaic and its body is covered Chongqing landmarks like “Chongqing Grand Theatre” and “Qiansimen Bridge” which are combined via point and geometric figures.
