CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing Airport began to carry out the summer and autumn flight schedules from March 31. According to Chongqing Airport, airlines here are to run 6,322 flights per week, up 7.7% from last year.

Compared with year-on-year domestic routes, it has newly created 21 shipping points, such as to Lancang, Libo, Longnan, Luguhu, Yichun, Xigaze and Chizhou, and further increased the flight frequents for key routes like Beijing and Shanghai, of which the highest number reaches 28 flights from Chongqing to Shanghai per day. In addition, Chongqing Airport has arranged more flights available to Wuxi, Lanzhou, Nanning, Hefei, Taiyuan, Wuhan and other routes.

Compared with year-on-year international and regional routes, it added 8 international shipping points, including Sihanouk, Mandalay, Yangon, Paris, Colombo, Chicago, Seattle and Toronto. And it plans to operate successively international passenger and cargo routes such as to Budapest, St. Petersburg, Nagoya, Shizuoka and Addis Ababa.
