The "Mona Lisa's Smile and Renaissance - Bellini Family Collection Special Exhibition" was exhibited in Chongqing for the first time. The opening ceremony of the Renaissance Art Exhibition was held recently at the Chongqing Art Museum. There are three works of art, including the Mona Lisa (It is created by Leonardo da Vinci's studio in the same century, and it is widely considered by Bernardino Luigi, a student of Leonardo da Vinci. The works are not the Mona Lisa collected by Louvre), were unveiled in Chongqing for the first time in the presence of professionals and the media.

In the afternoon, the reporter went to the opening ceremony in the second floor of the Chongqing Art Museum in Jiefangbei, Yuzhong District. The red box was placed in the center of the exhibition hall. Two security guards in black uniforms were standing beside the box.

At the beginning of the opening ceremony, the professional wore white gloves. First, the screws on the red wooden box were unscrewed one by one, and the red cover was removed, then several staff members worked together to remove the internal reinforcements and cushions, carefully moved out the artwork, and tore off the protective bubble film layer by layer. Although the operators are professional art industry practitioners, Shen Qibin, curator of the Shanghai Himalaya Art Museum and planner of this exhibition, still kept reminding: "Be careful, be careful, slower, slower……"

Finally, these artworks were unveiled in Chongqing, and the media and volunteers on the scene also gave warm applause.

Work of Michelangelo's teacher debuts

In the artworks of the opening ceremony, in addition to sculptures, oil paintings, a crown attracted the attention of reporters. Luigi Bellini, who made a special trip to Chongqing, put the crown on the head of a Chongqing girl. The reporter learned that this crown is the silver crown of the 17th century, and in this exhibition, a total of 12 beautiful crowns will meet with the Chongqing audience.

The reporter saw that the exhibition work was under intense progress, and the entrance of the exhibition hall was arranged into an antique European door. Shen Qibin introduced that this was taken from the Bellini Museum in Italy. "These doors have a history of hundreds of years. We really took down the door of Mr. Bellini and then shipped it to China for assembly."

A huge piece of work, "Assumption of the Virgin", which has not yet been put on the wall, was first exhibited in China. Its author is Michelangelo's teacher Domenico Ghirlandaio. This work is also regarded as the the most precious treasure of Bellini Museum. "The previous exhibitions in Beijing and Hangzhou did not display this work, because Mr. Bellini initially disagreed with it." Shen Qibin told reporters that in order to be able to exhibit this artwork in Chongqing, he made a special trip to Italy. "I wanted to persuade Mr. Bellini again. He was finally moved by my persistence and agreed to bring this artwork to Chongqing for exhibition. It took him nearly two years to repair this work."
