CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing, as the provisional capital of the Republic of China, is a quite popular city nowadays, which gives different impressions to different people.

For foodies

Chongqing noodles, rice noodles, hot and sour rice noodles, Chaoshou (wonton), Youcha (a gruel of sweetened fried flour), Baozi, pancake, soybean milk and fried bread stick are provided for your breakfast.

There are various foods provided for you, like hot pot, Chuanchuan (foods penetrated on sticks), grilled fish, roast duck and crawfish. You can choose what you want to eat.

As for midnight snack, you can eat ears and tongues of pigs, duck’s head and neck, cold noodles, bean jelly and so on.

For young artists

Clessence Bookstore, built in 1998, is the “study for Chongqing people”, as well as a branch of Nan’an Library. You can return the book you borrowed here to any library in Chongqing main districts. Sisyphe and Fangsuo Commune, together with Zhongshuge newly settled in Chongqing are adding charm to the city.

Jiaotong Teahouse favored by tea drinkers becomes one must-visit place for young artists. Chongqing has hot weather and spicy food, in which you can also have a slow-paced life.

In the daytime or in the evening, photographers just need to climb stairs or take light rails or cableways to shoot wonderful photos.
