It is located on Danzi Mountain of Wuling Mountain System, Heshun Town, Wulong. Wujiang River Gorge lies at the foot of the mountain and windmills are built on the mountain. It is opposite to Fairy Mountain and Wuling Mountain.

About 60 windmills are built on the ridge, which are gorgeous against the blue sky. Clouds and mist swirl around green mountains. You can enjoy different scenes created by rotating windmills and floating clouds.
