CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- There is a delightful scene that both sides of a highway are planted with colorful flower at Tongliang District, Chongqing.

"Both sides of the road used to be only planted with street trees. As the highways within jurisdiction have been as a part work of the rural human settlement environment governance this year, the town has organized cadres, volunteers and villagers to plant trees and flowers at its area in addition to daily cleanliness for it, which makes the highway beautiful,” a town cadre said.

You can enjoy a visual feast while driving on the roads of Anju, Damiao, Xihe, Shuangshan, Anxi and other towns, due to the colorful flowers blooming such as argyranthemum frutescens, bougainvillea speetabilis and crape myrtles.
