CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- According to Chongqing Culture and Tourism Development Committee, “2019 Chongqing Night Market Culture Festival” will be held from July to September.

Themed on “Nightlife in Chongqing”, this festival will be held in night markets in Chongqing from July 16th to September 8th, 2019. During this period, various wonderful municipal activities, activities with county characteristics and online sales promotion and selection activities of related businesses will be held.

It’s said that over 50 shops from two and more blocks will participate in the “night market sales promotion” activities in main urban districts, and there will be over 20 shops from one and more blocks are to participate in the “night market sales promotion” activities in others districts and counties.

The person in charge of the activity introduced that 3 to 5 unique and creative municipal level activities with prominent features, strong cultural atmosphere, extensive participation, as well as cross-regional and cross-industry features will be held to publicize the night market culture of Chongqing and promote Chongqing image. In addition, businesses of local night market blocks, together with business districts and characteristic business streets, will be organized to carry out colorful activities with regional features themed on “Nightlife in Chongqing” and report to Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce and Chongqing Culture and Tourism Development Committee for unified promotion display.
