CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing and Hubei are connected by the Yangtze River in natural landscape and cultural views. There was a 2019 Chongqing Flash Mob Art Exhibition in Nanbin Road, called “Shan Shui Xiang Feng (山水相逢)” jointly held by 12 artists from Chongqing and Hubei. It showed a real life and world for us.

Zhang Yong, the full-time deputy director of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of China Democratic League (CDL) and the vice president of Chongqing Branch of Central Academy of Fine Arts of CDL, took a freehand brushwork painting that hiding the answers for "What does old house look like in the countryside? Have you ever lived in the old house?".

In his view, both countryside and city are worthy of drawing and the corns in the field as well as the light rails and bridges in the urban areas can be considered as important elements for paintings. His work present those completely.
