CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- According to Tongnan City Administration Bureau, the GFHS 2019 (the 14th Global Forum on Human Settlements) was held in UN Conference Centre, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Tongnan People’s Ecological Park won the SCAHSA (Sustainable Cities and Human Settlements Award) in 2019. 

Tongnan People’s Ecological Park focuses on the construction of culture and ecological civilization in Tongnan, which is quite unique in sustainable space planning and design, public environment, cultural innovation and ecological restoration. The strategy of ecological restoration and urban construction is applied to turn the original sewer into an ecological park with beautiful environment for citizens, realizing the harmonious coexistence of nature, culture and citizens.
