CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Do you still remember the "Charming Chongqing" float that appeared in the Celebration of the 70th Anniversary of The Founding of People’s Republic of China? Wanna take a picture with it? Since the October 17, the "Charming Chongqing" float has been officially displayed in Chongqing People's Square. On October 17, there were wonderful performances of Tongliang Dragon Dance and Dazu Carp Lantern Dance. "Pride", "excitement" and "spectacular" have become the key words for the feeling of visitors.

"Charming Chongqing" floats were being displayed in Beijing Olympic Park for 6 days after participating in the mass parade of the Celebration of the 70th Anniversary of The Founding of People’s Republic of China on October 1. After returning to Chongqing on October 12, the staff carried out the refitting of the float, which were displayed in Chongqing People's Square from October 17 to 31.

On October 17, in addition to the interactive performance of "Charming Chongqing" float, there were also performances of Tongliang Dragon Dance and Dazu Carp Lantern Dance. It is worth mentioning that the live show was different from what we saw on TV. During the live show, the “cableway” on the floats could still operate.

Before 10 o'clock in the morning, Chongqing People's Square was crowded and bustling. Many citizens who came a little late stood on the stairs outside the Three Gorges Museum and occupied the "highland" to see the chariot style of "Charming Chongqing" float.

Accompanied by the "Charming Chongqing" float exhibition, Tongliang Dragon Dance and Dazu Carp Lantern Dance performance were presented. The wonderful exhibitions and performances made people clap their hands in succession. While enjoying the performances, they took out their mobile phones to take photos.
