BEIJING, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- China has made public a selected list of 95 quality digital publishing works submitted by publishing and cultural units across the country to encourage the creation of more such fine works.

The works, selected from over 500 applications, include audiobooks explaining the Communist Party of China's new theories, public reading platforms publicizing scientific and cultural knowledge, and animations communicating traditional culture, according to the organizer the National Press and Publication Administration.

The works fall into five categories, targeting the general public, professionals, children and more.

The event was launched in June this year.
