CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, Chongqing Public Security Bureau held a joint patrol and expedition ceremony to Italy. Seven Chongqing police officers are ready to go. They will form a 10-person joint patrol team with three police officers from other provinces and cities. On November 4, they will go to Rome, Milan, Turin and Padova of Italy, to carry out a three-week joint police patrol mission to assist Italian police officers in dealing with issues related to the safety of Chinese citizens and Chinese in Italy.

This is the first time that Chongqing Public Security Bureau sent public security police to carry out joint patrol. Seven joint patrolmen are from special police, traffic patrol, criminal investigation and other police types. They have experienced many large-scale activities and practical training. Before the expedition, they also had a two-week closed training. They have completed training contents such as police patrol, foreign affairs etiquette, Italian customs and local conditions, and international law enforcement cooperation.

Zhang Li, the leader of the joint patrol police force to Italy, said that he was proud and confident to carry out joint patrols on behalf of Chinese police in Italy. He will actively carry out joint patrols with Italian police officers to maintain the security of citizens and fully demonstrate the good image and professional quality of Chinese police.
