CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- According to Chongqing Rail Transit Group, in order to further improve the service quality of Line 3 on weekends, two more trains will be put into operation on Line 3 every weekend since November 9.

After the adjustment, the total trains of Line 3 will be increased to 52 and the number of 8-carriage trains will be increased from 9 to 18. 

According to the Group, after adjustment, the trains for three sections of Line 3 including Yudong-Jiangbei Airport, Sigongli-Jiangbei Airport, and Jiugongli-Longtousi will be available both on weekends and working days.
