BEIJING, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- A four-episode television series dedicated to China's achievements on ecological advancement and environmental protection over the past 70 years will be aired on China Central Television (CCTV) from Monday to Tuesday.

A joint production of China Media Group and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the TV series "Beautiful China," by telling vivid stories of ordinary Chinese, depicts how the people's sense of fulfillment has grown stronger due to improvements to the ecological environment.

The film team took a journey of more than 50,000 km to meet with 40 key interviewees in 18 provincial-level regions, including Xinjiang, Yunnan, Guangdong, Guizhou and Sichuan, according to producers of the series.
