Opening ceremony of the Asian Climbing Youth Champion 2019

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On the November 13, the opening ceremony of the 2019 Asian Youth Climbing Championships was held. The competition will be held in Chongqing Huayan Gecko King National Climbing Demonstration Park from November 14 to 17. The competition has attracted more than 100 athletes from 10 countries and regions in Asia, including Cambodia, Hong Kong of China, India, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand and China.

It was the second Asian Youth Rock Climbing Championships held in Chongqing. There were two events of men's and women's all-around competition, which were divided into three groups: Junior Group A (born in 2002 and 2003), Junior Group B (born in 2004 and 2005) and Youth Group (born in 2000 and 2001).

More than 100 athletes from ten Asian countries and regions participated in the competition.
