CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Jiangbei District of Chongqing is a place with high quality. By the end of 2019, Jiangbei is expected to welcome more than 50 million domestic and foreign tourists, up about 12.5% from last year.

Along the steps of the Chongqing Grand Theater in Jiangbeizui, near the riverbank, you can see an old city wall no more than six or seven meters high. Baoding Gate is in the middle of the wall. Baoding Gate will be built into a brand-new scenic spot of “Seeking the Trace of the Old City”, which will arouse people’s memory of old Jiangbei and understand the story of Jiangbei.

According to the person in charge of the culture and Tourism Commission of Jiangbei District, Jiangbei District will promote the construction of Beicang Culture and Innovation Block, Tianyi Culture and Innovation Park and Cat Stone Creative Arts Special Zone, and the construction of Chongqing Municipal Culture and Innovation Demonstration Park will be completed the on-site evaluation at No. 42 Liyuchi by the end of this year.

What are the characteristics of these places, which may become hot spots in Chongqing in the future? For example, the library of Beicang Cultural and Creative Block is reused by the old textile warehouse.
