Three sightseeing bus lines in Chongqing extend the closing time

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- It has become one of the most popular tourist ways to visit these hot spots in the main urban areas of Chongqing and enjoy the scenery of two rivers and four banks. Chongqing Western Public Transport Company recently announced that it will launch three sightseeing bus lines. Based on connecting popular scenic spots such as Jiefangbei, Hongyadong and Liziba Station, it will extend the opening and closing time of the line, increase the number of shifts, and further facilitate tourists to enjoy beautiful scenery of the mountain city.

Chongqing is rich in tourism resources. Chongqing Public Transport Group has opened 28 sightseeing bus routes, and there are 14 routes operated by Western Public Transportation, covering popular scenic spots such as Jiefanbei, Hongyadong, Yangtze River Cableway, Baixiang Street, the 9th Wharf of Chaotianmen, Huguang Guild Hall, the People’s Auditorium, Ciqikou, Bai's Residence, and Zhazidong. In order to further facilitate the travel of tourists, the company launched three sightseeing bus routes, including T480 (Jiefangbei Loop Line), T002 (Ciqikou - Yangtze River Cableway [Xinhua Road]), T198 (Ciqikou - Bai's Residence).

“The three sightseeing bus routes pass through Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, Yangtze River Cableway, the 9th Wharf of Chaotianmen, Liziba Station, Ciqikou, Bai's Residence and other places, including both urban cultural tours and popular scenic spots.” The relevant person in charge said that in order to facilitate tourists to visit the scenic spots, the three routes would extend the opening and closing time, starting at 8:00 in the morning and closing at 20:00 in the evening.
