CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Do you want to know something different of Japan? According to Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum, the “Constructing the environment: To see a different Japan” Japan International Exchange Fund Exhibition has been opened and it will last to January 2, 2020.

The 80 works in this exhibition introduced the construction environment of Japan after modernization in the second half of the 19th century in the form of photos, text descriptions and videos.

Specifically, the exhibition showed how the people of Japan talk and reconcile themselves with their natural environment, how they inherit and create regional identities, and how these activities were etched into the fabric of history throughout Japan. In addition to “buildings”, the exhibition also combined elements such as “civil engineering” and “landscape”.

The exhibition attracted many citizens.

It is worth mentioning that in order to convey the diversity of Japan, the planners selected at least one scenic spot from each of the 47 prefectures, and tried to show the characteristics of each city and place. The final exhibition space is the other side of Japan. 

In addition to the “building”, the exhibition also took into account the “civil” and “landscape” elements.
