BEIJING, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- Makoto Ozone, a jazz pianist and composer from Japan, will perform a concert for audiences in Beijing at the National Center for the Performing Arts (NCPA) on Jan. 19, 2020.

As part of the 20th "Meeting in Beijing" Arts Festival, Ozone's performance will include classic melodies as well as his own compositions "Asian Dream," "My Witch's Blue" and "Three Wishes."

Born into a musical family, Ozone displayed a talent for music at a very young age. He received a Grammy nomination in 2003 and was invited by the New York Philharmonic to join their Asian tour in 2014.
