In 12 years, cosplay, graffiti, sculpture, handwork, paper cutting, oil painting, traditional Chinese painting and the rare exhibition in Chongqing at that time were displayed in the eyes of ordinary citizens in the form of art. In the past 12 years, Huangjueping has moved from Chongqing to the whole country and even the world. Nowadays, there are countless foreign tourists who come to visit Huangjueping every day.

At the press conference of the 12th Huangjueping New Year’s Art Festival held on that day, Jiulongpo District Culture and Tourism Committee said that in order to thank those artists who have made efforts for art of Huangjueping, Huangpiao Award will be set up. Huangpiao is a name with local characteristics of Huangjueping. They are persistently looking for their own artistic language and practicing their artistic dreams. According to incomplete statistics, in recent years, there are tens of thousands of artists active in Huangjueping Area. They have deep feelings for Huangjueping, Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and Jiulong Peninsula and have created many artistic works. They are participants, continuators and pioneers of Huangjueping cultural landmark.
