CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, Alipay released its 2019 annual bill. Many netizens read it and exclaim that “did I have so much money?” What kind of consumption phenomenon does the bill reflect? How did Chongqing people spend their bills?

Netizen: Did I have so much money?

The 2019 annual bill released by Alipay contains a lot of data. It divides consumer spending data into home life, dressing, eating and drinking, learning and fitness, leisure and entertainment, transportation, communication and express. At the same time, users can see how many times a year they use the mobile phone scanning code to travel by bus, how many times they use Alipay to pay without running errands, how many steps they have taken in a year, and how much carbon emissions they have reduced.

Seeing the bill, many netizens asked that “did I have so much money?” Many netizens responded that the cost shown in the bill was too high, which was inconsistent with their actual consumption. In response to the ant’s golden suit, Alipay’s annual bill does not have the concept of total consumption. It is adjusted to total expenditure. It will increase investment and financing, financial and insurance, human relations, public welfare and transfer refunds compared with last year.

How did Chongqing people spend their money?

The Alipay bill is getting more and more attention. The digital economy has quietly entered every aspect of ordinary people's production and life. On July 26, 2017, Chongqing signed a contract with Ant Financial Services to build Chongqing into a mobile payment City, ranging from eating noodles, taking the subway, to seeing a doctor and handling social security, with one mobile phone.

Nowadays, small and large restaurants, barbecue stands, fruit shops, small shops and so on in Chongqing have pasted the QR code of money collection, and citizens are no longer worried about “not carrying their wallets”. According to the data from Alipay, there are millions of Chongqing electronic traders, and the number of them has doubled five times in the past year, ranking the top ten in China. Chongqing’s small bosses were busiest at 6 p.m. every day, which is the peak time of trading. The cash free payment support rate of the vendors in the main urban area reached over 95%.

In addition to shopping and spending, citizens of Chongqing can also enjoy more than 200 government services on Alipay, including consumer spending, traffic illegal payment, and social security payment, through the Chongqing “One-stop Online Service” mini-program “Chongqing Express”. After authorizing a government agency to perform real-name authentication, you do not have to run once without having to register and log in repeatedly.

In the matter of mobile payment, Chongqing has also won two “national No. 1”. Chongqing is the first Municipality in China to support online handling of traffic violations. It is also the first city in the country to use Alipay to realize the “one-code traffic” of public transport MTR. Passengers receive the “Chongqing Public Traffic Code” in Alipay, and they can travel in all the subway and public transportation by scanning QR code in Chongqing.

In addition, Chongqing pioneered the government service blockchain platform in the country, reducing the start-up time of enterprises to 3 days, improving the efficiency by 5 times, realizing “more data operating, less people running”, and optimizing and simplifying government service.
