How was the taxi service in main urban areas of Chongqing in 2019?

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The transportation complaint service center of Chongqing’s main urban area has released data on the service quality of taxis operating in Chongqing in 2019.

According to the person in charge of the Transportation Complaint Service Center in main urban areas of Chongqing, in 2019, the complaint service center received 240787 hotline calls, down 8.3% from last year. There were 36249 complaints, down 16.3% from last year. There were 4063 responsible complaints and penalties, down 18.7% from last year.

From the category of complaints, the top three illegal complaints are rejection, detour and uncivilized service, accounting for 85% of the total complaints accepted in the whole year. In the whole year, the behavior of overcharge (not using the meter and not charging according to the prescribed standard) decreased the most, reaching 47.9%.

From the perspective of complaint area, the total acceptance volume of Chongqing Jiangbei Airport, Chongqingbei Railway Station and Chongqingxi Railway Station decreased by 31.6%, 40.9% and 31.6% respectively.
