The first opening zone of Sancengmalu Old Block in Yuzhong District is less than 200m away from CRT Liziba Station, a popular scenic spot for “rail transit trains passing through a building”. It is one of the ten “old mountain city blocks” that Yuzhong District promotes. The project is positioned as a smart cultural business and tourism innovation block operated by “tourism culture + catering + Internet”, which was officially launched in 2018.

The first opening zone of Sancengmalu Old Block covers a construction area of about 5,000 square meters, including specialty food and cultural products, cultural and creative product collection display areas, cultural collection spaces + independent bookstores, Internet big data + smart online celebrity dining, and holographic lighting Intelligent experience blocks, etc., strive to create “an urban space shared by hosts and guests”.
