Be alert to cold spell in early spring

The expert still especially points out that we need to add and reduce clothes appropriately in the early spring, but it never means the more clothes the better, as people wearing too much may sweat, and easily catch a cold in case of cold wind.

Spring is the good season for exercise. As for nowadays “homebody”, aerobic exercises like plank, squat, running on spot and push-up that can be done indoors are good choices, which can effectively enhance the body immunity and disease resistance ability. In cold days, go to bed early and get up late according to the natural light, and avoid exercising in the morning and evening when the temperature is low or when it is raining or snowing.
