CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- During the Spring Festival of 2020, in order to strengthen the epidemic prevention and control and safeguard the public safety and health, 104 museums in Chongqing were temporarily closed. During the closing period, some museums took advantage of their own advantages and launched online digital exhibitions.

With the strong support of Chongqing Culture and Tourism Development Committee and Chongqing Administration of Cultural Heritage, Chongqing Cable Networks (CCN) collected and summarized the digital exhibitions of 19 museums and established a column of “Cultural Life, Exhibitions at Home – Collection of Museum Digital Exhibitions” at the icatch website. The WeChat official accounts of “CCN爱看” (CCN icatch) and “重庆有线” (CCN) also set up the menu bar [Fun – Digital Museums] to provide the public with safe and convenient online service, so as to enable the public to watch exhibitions without getting out.
