On March 19, Chongqing Municipal Government donated a batch of medical and epidemic prevention goods to Italy and Iran to support local people to fight against the epidemic.

The batch of medical and epidemic prevention supplies included 150,000 medical surgical masks, 30,000 FFP2 masks donated to the Italian government, 100,000 medical surgical masks and 50,000 KF94 masks donated to the Iranian government and Shiraz, Iran. This is also the second batch of donations from Chongqing. On the goods donated to Italy, the two languages of Chinese and Italian read “Come on, Italy!” It’s very eye-catching on the packing box. The slogan on goods donated to Iran were written in Chinese and English respectively, “Friends have no distance while they are ten thousand miles away from each other”.

Chongqing has donated a batch of medical and epidemic prevention goods to some foreign cities on March 10, including 5,000 N95 masks and 15,000 disposable medical masks to Seoul, South Korea; 5000 N95 masks and 10000 disposable medical masks to Jeollanam-do, South Korea.
