CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Spring comes after winter, and flowers are blossoming quietly! It is reported that Yubei District sees many flowers blossoming in sequence, including plum blossom, pear blossom, oriental cherry, peach blossom and others.

Plum trees are awakened by the spring breeze, and the white plum blossoms are in full all over the mountains and plains. With spring breeze blowing, white petals like snowflakes flying all over the sky, crisscross footpaths between fields and farmhouse, making the whole village a white fairy tale world.

Flowers are blossoming in spring, especially the charming oriental cherry. At Yunguishan Tianxiandong Village, Dasheng Town, there is a little-known “fairyland of oriental cherry”. The oriental cherry all over the mountains and plains are blossoming in full quietly, decorating the village as a charming beauty. Along the mountain highway, you can go to the top of Yunguishan Mountain at an elevation of 1080 meters. You can see all kinds of oriental cherry in white, pink, light green and others. Over 10,000 trees of wild oriental cherry are along the mountain and valley for more than 10km. 

Peach flowers are blossoming firstly in spring. Over 400mu of peach flowers on Baiyun Mountain, Mu’er Town attract many citizens. Their petals like butterflies dancing. Looking from long distance, they like a sea of pink torches. Many tourists are attracted to take photo for them from time to time.

As many parks are open to the public, we saw more rich multicolored decorations: at Jiangjin Park, pansies are in blossoming, and seem beautiful; at Longtoushi Park, plum flowers are also in blossoming; and at Garden Expo Park, there are camellia japonica, yulan magnolia, hyacinthus orientalis and others totaling 20 kinds in blossoming, making people relaxed and happy.
