According to Liangjiang New Area, from April 25 to May 20, a grand flower show “Blue Fairyland Garden Show” will be held at Bear Grandma’s Garden on Taishan Avenue and medical works can visit it for free with their valid documents.

It’s said that the flower show uses more than 100 Chinese and foreign different varieties of flowers, as well as the landscaping of mixed border. It shows the beauty of flowers with terrain and regards blue and purple as main colors to present a “blue flower party” with different level and saturation.

Why to choose blue as the theme color? Xiong Ying, the person in charge of Bear Grandma’s Garden, said that the epidemic has brought some sadness and stress to people, and blue is the color of the sky and the sea, which is also a color of healing, so we hope people can feel at ease here.

She further introduced that the concept of “flower show” has been popular in Europe and the United States for decades and is also very common in coastal areas in China. By creating scenes in urban gardens in each season, it can promote and display new varieties of international flowers and create a standardized industrial chain integrating education, scientific research and tourism.

Since its opening in October 2018, Bear Grandma’s Garden has been positioned as a large cultural and creative park with a flower theme. It hopes to provide an urban garden where people can buy flowers and have fun.

Xiong Ying introduced that through the “Blue Fairyland Garden Show”, Bear Grandma’s Garden hopes to create a beautiful garden with appreciating flowers throughout four seasons, which can provide a place for people to play and learn knowledge. It will become the never-ending flower expo in Liangjiang New Area.
