Polish Post resumes deliveries to China

2020-05-26 15:46:07

WARSAW, May 19 (Xinhua) -- After a three-month break caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, the Polish Post (Poczta Polska) has resumed delivery services to China, the company said on Tuesday.

The Polish Press Agency quoted the company as saying that the gradual resumption of international postal services depends on the lifting of restrictions on transport and on arrangements with partners abroad.

"We are in constant contact with carriers and foreign postal operators to restore the services, and we know that this is crucial for Polish entrepreneurs offering their products on the international e-commerce market," said Grzegorz Kurdziel, Polish Post's vice president for sales.

The company recalled that postal services to China were suspended in early February following the suspension of air connections. The company has already resumed services to 46 countries. Enditem
